  The staff at the Church Hill location are all amazing. So sweet and caring and great with kids. The only urgent care I'll go to. Took my youngest on a Thursday &she was diagnosed with Strep. I told them I was sure I'd be back … More with the oldest. Sure enough, Sunday we return and they immediately knew. That may not seem like a big deal to some but to have them remember us considering the amount of people they saw between our visits made us feel seen and heard. Which has become rare in the medical world. They definitely go above and beyond.

  Everyone is pretty friendly. They were extremely helpful when I was trying to find primary care for my kids, which is a difficult task when you don't let doctors give your kids just any vaccine they decide are "necessary." … More I didn't give 5 stars because there has been several instances when only one other patient was there in front of me and I still had to wait 35 minutes to see a doctor. Overall, I think this is a good place when you need last minute care.

I set up an online account, made a same-day appointment, was greeted by a professional and welcoming receptionist, … More promptly seen by a provider who took time to listen to my issue and examine me. She immediately put a prescription in to my desired pharmacy. Truly appreciated the services provided. Highly recommend the Church Hill location. Love having an Urgent Care so close to home.
