Urgent Care at Our Harrison Location

Let’s take a closer look at our urgent care services here in Harrison.

What Is Urgent Care?

Urgent care treats non-life-threatening conditions when you need it most. When doctor’s offices are closed and a trip to the emergency room is unnecessary, urgent care centers are a great option to receive quality, affordable care.

Urgent Care Conditions Treated at Our Harrison Location

You may choose to visit our Harrison location to receive medical attention for any of the following:

  • Accidents and falls
  • Cuts and smaller wounds that may need stitching
  • Mild to moderate asthma symptoms
  • Eye issues – redness and irritation
  • Flu and cold
  • Minor broken bones
  • Sore throat or cough
  • Skin rashes and allergic reactions
  • Seasonal allergies

  • UTIs and STIs
  • Vomiting, diarrhea, or dehydration

Benefits of Fast Pace Health Urgent Care

Our urgent care centers come with a variety of benefits.

We are situated in Harrison to be as easy to reach as possible. On top of that, we’ve eliminated many of the common hassles of traditional health care facilities — just come into our clinic, and we will help you however we can.

Flexible Hours

Many Americans do not have the privilege of being able to alter their work schedules on short notice to get to a doctor’s appointment. This is why we keep our clinic open into the evening hours and remain open on the weekends — so you can come to see us any time that works for you.

When it comes to wait times, other types of health care facilities are very unpredictable. With us, you can count on timely service so you can continue with the rest of your busy day.

We want our clinic to protect the health status of Harrison. We can’t do that unless our services are cost-effective for all, not just to those of a specific economic standing or those who have health insurance coverage.

Quality Care

It is completely inaccurate to assume that the quality of care provided at urgent care centers is somehow inferior to that of hospitals and private practices. Our staff consists of highly trained experts in their respective areas of medicine, and they are passionate about what they bring to underserved communities.

When To Go to an Emergency Room

Although urgent care is often a more feasible option than an emergency room, there are some situations in which you must go directly to a hospital. Urgent care facilities are not staffed and equipped to handle life-threatening medical events.

Dial emergency services or head straight to the closest ER if you or a loved one is experiencing any of the following:

  • Loss of consciousness
  • Seizures or convulsions
  • Deep wounds with uncontrollable bleeding
  • Issues during pregnancy
  • Severe burns
  • Poisoning
  • Significant head, neck, or back injuries
  • Severe abdominal pain or chest pain
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Heart attack or stroke symptoms
  • Suicidal or homicidal thoughts

What Is Telehealth?

Telehealth is a relatively new area of health care. What Conditions Does Telehealth Treat?

Naturally, telehealth is great for conditions that don’t necessarily need to be treated at an office — things like infections, viruses, allergies, rashes, and other common ailments. Many patients also use it to track the progress of or monitor certain conditions.

Excellent service from even before I entered the building. The security guard came out to greet me and his personality was top notch. The lady at the font desk was super friendly, and both were more than willing to help out with any questions, … More and there was no waiting at that time. The nurse and service staff were all courteous and friendly and everyone seemed very knowledgeable about the situation at hand. The team helped with answering all of my questions and concerns. I was very impressed and pleased with my patient experience.

I was the last person, walked in about 7:15pm, and they got me back at about 7:35/7:40. I got done and got out about 8:15. Prob the fastest I have gotten in and out somewhere. However, I did not have my insurance card on me, and I understand … More I didn’t have time to go home to get it. But not only did I have to self-pay $150. She said there could be no reimbursement if I brought my insurance card back. My insurance would’ve covered me, all but a $5 co-pay. I don’t see how they wouldn’t have to reimburse me, or at least my insurance. So, I feel like that’s false information.

This facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. They really take the time to listen to you. I wish this team was my regular medical team. I’d rather visit this place, than any other. A special thanks … More to Wendy, Stephanie, Kate, and Barbara, for taking care of me, and my families medical needs. You’re the BEST!
