My son suddenly felt very ill and couldn’t see his primary care physician, so I brought him to urgent care. We only waited about 10-15 minutes to get into a room, and he was then seen promptly by the staff. Everyone was kind, friendly, … More and patient with him and understood that he wasn’t feeling well. We’ve been to this location several times, and this was our best experience thus far. One of the providers has been impatient and close to rude in the past, but this staff was much better. The wait depends on how busy they are, of course, but they appear to be as efficient as possible.
