I had never visited the facility before so this was my first experience.(I do have family members that have been seen by them though).
I was pleased when I first walked in the door. The receptionist greeted me with a very pleasant smile … More and very pleasant tone to her voice. Then after having me sign in, it was absolutely No time before I was asked to go back to the room by a very pleasant nurse. Just those two associates had started me to feel better already.But then in just a few minutes the doctor came in & took my complaints and went to work to get me better. She was phenomenal & also with a very pleasant smile & demeanor. I was thinking 🤔 WOW!!! this place is contagious with NICE people. After my appointment I was called in some meds at the pharmacy, went straight to the pharmacy to pick them up, went home & started them. It hasn’t been 24 hours & I’m feeling MUCH better already.Right now I’m winning. I love that place and all of its workers. This was the greatest experience I’ve had at a medical facility in quite some time. -
The nurse and the nurse practitioner was so kind and polite plus professional. I bring my grand daughter to see them and they always make us feel welcome. Thanks Urgent Care.
