My meds were immediately sent in, and my pain started being relieved some within hours. They really took their time and focused on me as a patient.   I experienced a long wait time, but was not surprised at that. I came in after work with no appointment, so I was just thankful to be seen. The receptionist told me up front that it would be two hours. The technician was very nice and so … More was the Nurse Practitioner. She immediately diagnosed the problem with my eye as being conjunctivitis and prescribed drops to speed up recovery. She also changed my allergy medication, since Zyrtec was not working for me. I will go back again.
