This is an essential part of keeping those on the roads safe, which is why we offer the specific DOT physical through a range of physical tests given by a board-certified medical examiner.

At Fast Pace Health, we understand that medical bills can add up fast. Our priority is always you as the patient, so we do our best to provide you with multiple payment and insurance options, including an additional option online to pay medical bills through our website. 

All payments, including deductibles, co-payments, and coinsurance, are due at the time of service.
